Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (cancellations must be made before renewal date)
  • Custom development or enterprise services
  • Third-party fees or charges
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
